Cancellation and Refunds
How to stop your brand membership, what stays available afterwards, and how to raise a question about a payment.
Version 2026-09-05-draft-1
This is a draft under review and has not yet been adopted as a final published policy.
1. What this page covers
This page is about BrandDrop brand membership: one plan, $29/month USD, recurring monthly. Creator accounts are free, so there is nothing to cancel or refund on a creator account.
Money a brand pays a creator for a collaboration is separate. It is agreed and paid directly between them, never through BrandDrop, so it is not covered here.
2. How to cancel
Sign in, open Membership, and choose Manage subscription. From there you can cancel the renewal of your plan.
If Manage subscription is not available on your account, send us a message through Support with the email address on the account and we will process the cancellation for you.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not charged again after that.
3. Trials
The 30-day brand trial does not ask for a card and cannot charge you. It simply ends.
You only ever start paying if you separately go through checkout and consent to the plan. There is nothing to cancel during a card-free trial unless you have already done that.
4. What happens after membership ends
You keep your account, your brand profile, your campaign drafts, and your history: past conversations and the record of collaborations you accepted stay available to read.
What needs an active trial or plan: publishing a campaign so creators can see it, inviting a creator directly, and writing in new conversations that have not yet led to an accepted collaboration. Once a collaboration is accepted, both you and the creator can keep writing in its conversation even after your trial or paid access ends, subject to ordinary safety rules.
Collaborations you already agreed remain your responsibility to honour, whether or not your membership is still active.
5. Billing errors and refund requests
Cancelling and asking for a refund are two different actions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself return a payment already taken.
If you think you have been charged in error, or you want to ask about a payment, write to us through Support with the email address on the account and the invoice or receipt reference from the payment provider.
Never send card numbers, security codes, or your password to us — we do not need them and will not ask for them.
We will look at each request individually and reply with what we can do. We are not publishing a blanket refund guarantee, and we are not claiming refunds are never possible; the written refund decision policy is still being finalised.
Rights you have under consumer law where you live are unaffected by anything on this page.
6. Contacting us
The current way to reach us about anything on this page is the Support page. A direct public contact address and the registered operator name are still being finalised and will be added here once confirmed.
